Version 2.99 - This allows the customer to flash to the next Major Version v3.xx.

ALERT: This BIOS is to be used to allow the customer to flash to the next
Major Version of the BIOS, v3.xx. The customer cannot flash from
previous versions, v2.98 or earlier to v3.xx, without first flashing
v2.99 onto the system. If the customer needs to flash back from v3.xx
to an earlier v2.xx, this can occur. However, to flash to v3.xx,
v2.99 MUST be flashed first, as previously stated.
